MEATS We carry a fine selection of raw meat in our butcher counter. Sirloin steak, top round, sausages which always receive rave reviews from our customers, boneless or regular pork, and purdue chicken are among our finest. Our butcher prepares cutlets himself every day; we never use patties, cutlets are made the old-fashioned way. Additionally, all meat is ground to order if you prefer hamburger meat; we can also grind any combination of meats you prefer, blended or not, in any ratio you’d like. |

We also offer salted anchovies & sardines. On special holidays we carry whole lamb and/or goat (Christmas and Easter times). Our butcher will always prepare bracciola, fresh to order. We even have dried baccala fish and stocco stockfish (seasonal prices vary). Keep in mind that we use this same fresh meat for our hot sandwiches and prepared foods menu, and we use only locally made, fresh sausages.
